Nikki's Travel News - November 2025
Hello there! I thought it would be fun to try out blogging and see if it's something our clients would enjoy reading, sharing a little bit of travel and a little bit of life as I share a little insight into what it's like to be part of our agency. So welcome to my first-ever blog post!
Trips I've Been Planning
Obviously, every trip is important to us, as we love our clients and want them to have the best experience! But sometimes hearing what other people are doing provides great inspiration, and so I will try to do that in this section.
This month, the cruise line I booked the most was actually tied between Celebrity and Royal Caribbean. We are seeing an increase in bookings that are close in or relatively far out. I booked 5 trips that will depart in the first quarter of 2026, and then 12 trips that are more than 12 months away from travel. And then another handful between those time frames.

Trips I Can't Stop Thinking About
Again, I love to travel (hence why I chose this profession), but sometimes there's a trip I plan that I have to add to my bucket list! This month, I had a sweet couple depart on Holland America's Volendam on a 27-day Amazon Explorer cruise! Check out the itinerary below!
From My Travel Journal
This month, we had our national conference on board the brand new Star Princess! This is a great event full of networking, learning, and celebrating! Will was able to come with me this year, along with 2 of our other agents from our agency, Magnified Vacations.
We met up with hundreds of other travel agents in our network, with about 100 of our supplier partners, and some of our HQ staff. We have an awards night onboard where our agency was recognized for Circle of Excellence (being one of the top sales franchises in our network), and being the Top Producer out of all the other franchises (almost 2500 of them!) for both Disney Destinations and Universal resorts. This is a true testament to our team at Magnified Vacations, and I'm so proud of them!
We got to have dinner with our partners at Princess, Royal Caribbean, and Holland America while we were onboard. I also got to share some of my thoughts as part of an agent panel during a breakout session offered during the conference. Among the highlights for me was getting to hear Michelle Sutter, former VP of sales for Holland America, as our keynote speaker on land before the cruise portion of the conference. I plan on making another blog post all about the Star Princess, so be sure to look for that!

Travel Updates You'll Want to Know
Right around the same time as our national conference, the brand new Celebrity Xcel arrived in the US and began sailing. I wasn't able to be on the inaugural sailing, but one of our agents went on my behalf. If you are interested in experiencing this new ship, I can get you some firsthand pictures. Life Lately
This was a hard month personally, as we had to put our beloved dog Max down right before leaving for the conference. Our daughter was able to come home during that time, but not for Thanksgiving (our first without her!). We celebrated Thanksgiving with our son Ryan, Will's mom, and another friend. We have so much to be thankful for, including YOU!
